Why massage your ears several times a day? Because it counteracts stress, especially when you breathe deeply while doing the ear massage. When you repeat it regularly, like taking a pill 3 or 4 times a day, your body’s ear reflexology points send healthy messages via the meridians and nervous system. When your body gets this message repeatedly, healing and a state of well-being occurs.

Acupressure relieves pain relaxes muscular tension, and balances the vital life forces of the body using a system of trigger points. Discover how to pressure two acupressure points on the top of the feet which stimulate the release of neuro-chemicals called endorphins.
The mechanism of endorphins is similar to morphine; both mitigate pain and encourage relaxation. However, endorphins are manufactured naturally by the body to promote healing. Acupressure points Lv 3 and GB 41 stimulates this pain relief mechanism, enabling the body to produce its own natural painkillers.
Bigger Rushing (Lv 3) is located on the top of the foot, in the groove between the 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones.
Above Tears (GB 41) is also on the top of the foot, in the groove between the 4th and 5th metatarsal bones.
To press these pain relief Acupressure points on top of your foot, press gradually in between the bones until it hurts good. Hold firmly and steadily for 2 minutes as you breathe deeply to relieve foot, leg, hip pain and cramping.
